Libra, you came to serve face, not serve others!

September 26, 2026 – Full Moon in Aries 3°37

Mind the things you say, but say the things that need to be said. 

Welcome to Autumn! The changing of seasons, cooling us off from the climatic Summer of heatwaves to a lighter, more manageable equinox of steadiness and refocus. That’s why this Full Moon in Aries may feel like the Universe is poking the bear, challenging you and your voice box. What you initiated last New Moon in Aries (April 17, 2026, and March 29, 2025) has gone through multiple makeovers, makeunders, partnership turnovers, starts and stops, closures and re-openings, to bring you to this moment here. Smushed between Neptune and Saturn, this transit can feel like a karmic fever dream, where the reiterations of the past may seem to be following you, but they aren’t.

Well, actually they are. But only until you decide and communicate what you need from it. Do you want to end it? Has time run out? Are you no longer feeling it? Are you no longer interested in pay-for-play collaborations? Is there a certain figure, energy, situation lingering around, taking up too much space? Are you being direct in communication, or hoping people can guess what you’re thinking? Are you silencing the rage, pain, frustration, annoyance internally? Are you diminishing your joy, excitement, happiness, creativity, uniqueness externally? When was the last time you made a declaration without censoring yourself? Is the fear of letting others down, or feeling embarrassed, more potent than letting yourself down?

Allow this moon to illuminate what your voice, or lack thereof has awarded you. In that same vein, if what is revealed is something you’re not proud of, know that this transit supports you, almost pushes you, to speak up now …or forever hold your peace.

Journal Prompts: Why must it be “you” against the “world”, or “you” against “yourself”, when it can be “you” co-creating with the “world”, or “you” co-creating with “yourself”? What is the one truth you must speak right now so you don't carry the weight of unspoken regret moving forward? Why does it make you uncomfortable to choose yourself, when there’s only one seat left in the lifeboat? What aspects of your life need more solo you time?  Where in life does your soul need you to advocate for it, and where does it need you to let somebody else do it? When was the last time you made a firm declaration about what you will or will not accept without softening the edges?

Libra Season Ritual: Stop being the first to step up

Many in society will be the first to tell you a Libra is their least favorite, but will leave out that that same least favorite is the first person they look to when in a bind, need inspiration, need to have their spirits lifted, or need a favor. This Libra season ritual… stop being the first to step up, raise your hand, or offer help. 

Hear me out! I’m not saying don’t help people. What I am saying is stop being the person who throws themselves on a puddle for people to walk over. Get that Supima cotton tee and hand beaded Temperley London midi off that filthy floor and let them figure it out. The same resources, reading and listening comprehension, deductive reasoning skills, empathy for others, and habit of being the sacrificial lamb are all qualities that every person who comes knocking can develop themselves, for themselves (and others).

We know you like being the “one people come to”, but baby, who are you going to? Who’s throwing themselves on the floor when you need help? So, for this Libra season, when a message comes in, before jumping up to answer it…wait. Don’t open it. Continue doing whatever you were doing before the distraction came in. Give it a moment to settle and check-in with your spirit, rather than being reactionary to respond when the notification goes off.

Ask yourself these questions before reading it – Do I have the time, capacity, or energy to take on the unknown at this moment? How do I feel about this person? How does this person make me feel? What are most interactions like – argumentative, fun, overwhelming, forced, lovey-dovey, superficial, comfortable, draining, natural, brain rotting, stressful, mutually refilling, etc.? You may feel guilty for taking too long, or even a strong pull just to respond, but don’t. Practice stopping yourself when the request comes via a screen, so that you work the muscle when the requests come face-to-face… which is where the non-confrontational* Libra usually crumbles.

*Not to be confused with the evolved Libra that will be waiting for you at the door.

October 10, 2026 – New Moon in Libra 17°22

It’s time to step into your limelight. Are you ready for your makeover?

Shine Libra Shine, fill this land with your fire and glory! This New Moon in Libra lands at 17 degrees, the degree of Leo, creating an unnerving enigma – a healthy "we" isn’t possible without a radiant "me." The habit to over-accommodate others served you at certain junctures of your life, but it wasn’t meant to be Pavlovian conditioning. Your true self-expression was never meant to be a threat to others, and if it turned out to be, that’s their problem…not yours.

This Libra New Moon isn’t even asking this time, she’s ordering you to put yourself first, take up all YOUR space, and express your real self.  Which is unsettling for the scale’s energy, as it’s not that Libras need to be liked, it’s the striving for peace and harmony that weaves them into webs that aren’t even up to their standard. Taking on the roles that no one else wants to pick up, and integrating it into their world to maintain atmospheric equilibrium – The Giver, The Partner, The Confidant, The Mediator, The Diplomat. Sadly, Leo energy knows there’s only one seat on the throne, with only one name engraved, customized to only one form – Yours.

Step outside and submit to the Universe as the real you. There may be fire and brimstone, or sunshine and lollipops, whichever occurs was inevitable and necessary due to years of role playing for the people. Because let me be very clear, especially for Libra women, the only thing a Libra should be submitting to, or for, is God.
