October 26, 2026 – Full Moon in Taurus 2°45
Are those investments paying off, or are you dipping in the pot prematurely?
This beautiful Full Moon in Taurus only brings beauty that comes from force reflection, uncomfortable conversations (that are definitely blown out of proportion in your head, because you’ve been ruminating on it, rather than having external dialogues about it), and necessary itemizations and reviews. At 2°45, a Taurus degree, this segue out of Libra and into Scorpio brings a involuntary spotlight on what you’ve conveniently forgotten to do, bringing about a reality check that sets you up for the long-term. Why? Well, that’s the thing about Taurus, they are long-money, long-term relationships, long time no see, at long last, long story short, sometimes long winded. Taurus doesn’t rush. They take their time, but when they do say yes, it’s for the long-haul. This moon, with all the retrogrades feeling like instability, is just the last question and answer session to ensure this IS what you want to invest your time, energy, and love into.
In lieu of impulsive purchases and manically feeding feelings, indulge in constructive ways that support you during this transit. And set aside what coddles the tantrum.
Journal Prompts: Where in your life (financially, energetically, or emotionally) are you feeling tempted to cash out or abandon ship due to scars from past situations? What is needed for you to feel safe in this aspect of yourself? How can you give this area more time and space to mature? What uncomfortable conversation or boundary have you been building up in your head? What are the actual facts of the situation versus the story your mind has created while avoiding external dialogue? What does an honest, itemized review of your current reality reveal to you? Stripping away short-term noise and things out of your control, what goal, relationship, or project are you ready to commit to for the long run?

November 9, 2026 – New Moon in Scorpio 16°53
What needs transforming/changing at home?
The New Moon in Scorpio comes in at a cardinal degree of 16°53. No subtleties, or scenic drives. Just straight to the point – those cracks filled with putty, and bandaged up with duct tape is seeping through. So, whatever you’ve been attempting to hide in the area of “home” is bubbling over, requiring your full attention. Scorpio, like Cancer, doesn’t do superficial when it comes to necessary change. They will pay for the 10-pack session before attending one class guaranteeing attendance of a minimum of 10 classes. Not because they are overly confident, but because a Scorpio knows they can convince themselves of all the reasons why that the first class was too much, and the best option is to find something easier. Which they know will never come, or will take longer to come to fruition had they just pushed themselves a little harder than the last by including other elements that activate and sustain the required change.
Again, with the retrogrades adding a heavy impetus to this cycle, don’t rush for a major overhaul. Instead, cut out current habits and replace them with tried and true, or cited information-based methods. If you already have a system, move, revamp, or program at play…take it up a notch. Add a bit more divinity in your everyday. Drink an extra glass water speaking words of affirmation to yourself with each sip. Put away the dishes, take out the trash, or hang the laundry the moment you see it needs doing, literally or metaphorically. Like the previous full moon in Taurus, while she illuminated the access points of success, this one is setting you up for it.
Journal Prompts: Where in your home, family life, or inner sanctuary have you been relying on duct tape and putty instead of addressing the root issue? What structure or pre-commitments can you put in place today to keep yourself from backing out when the work gets tough? With retrogrades slowing down outward progress, where can you cut out temporary and replace it with proven, grounded methods or daily habits? What is a small, daily ritual that can clear psychic channels from your physical home and vessel?
Scorpio Season Ritual: Mirror, Mirror, On the wall…
Scorpio is known for transmutation, yes, but after deep soul reflection. Going through every moment with a microscope, allowing themselves to return to that emotion – anger, love, betrayal, achievement, etc. Sometimes they can get stuck in that feeling which can lead to the stereotype of vengeful or obsessive, but it’s when they move through it that it alchemizes to an energy that benefits Scorpio. The alchemist innately within Scorpio is an all of us. Theirs just occurs more naturally through daily shedding of layers.
With all these retrogrades – Vesta, Venus, Mercury, Pluto, Neptune, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, and Pallas – it’s a beneficial transit to examine and/or change navigation in the areas this season is probing in your chart. The time where the veil is so thin, the reality we escape is projected on every screen in our path. Rather than seeing the head of Medusa passing shop windows, use your mirror to show and tell you what needs to be seen.
While sitting or standing in front of the mirror, focus in on your eyes. Don’t look away. It can be unsettling at first to stare so deeply at yourself, but the point is to look within and see your soul. To see your true beauty. To see your true self.
Maintain eye contact. Allow yourself to feel heavy, further grounding, ensuring you are anchored down. Take deep breaths, sinking into your body until you hit a point of what may feel like emptiness. It’s not. It’s just the area where there is no judgement, just truth.
Begin with asking yourself a series of easy questions, to get into the rhythm of deciphering if you are communicating with your spiritual body, or responding from your conscious mind. Sample questions – what do I feel about the weather today? What will I eat? Why is [insert favorite color] my favorite color? Questions that you instinctively will know the answer to.
When you feel comfortable, and only if you feel safe, begin to ask yourself questions surrounding the retrogrades. E.g. How do my relational patterns of rejection and fear dictate a need for control? Is dysmorphia creating illusions about my worth in love? If my deepest insecurities blur my value and objectivity, how can I release them through loving self?
If at any point you begin to cry, or feel it arising, don’t stop the tears. Let them clear the stagnation, pathways, and blocks as it arises. Overtime, you enhance the ritual with incense to notice smoke patterns for deeper messages. Or music to take you deeper, and assist in the alchemical change.
Below are three descriptions of the current astrological placements in retrograde. Formulate your own questions by plucking one word or concept from each category, to guide your mirror meditation.
Vesta – devotion, sacrifice, tunnel vision focus
Venus – love, values, personal and interpersonal relationships
Mercury – communication, analytical thinking, mental stimulation and processing
Pluto – deep subconscious, renewal, power/control
Neptune – enlightenment, illusion, psychic connection through dreams
Saturn – karmic justice, discipline, order and method
Chiron – wounded healer, deep insecurities, vulnerabilities
Uranus – technological growth and expansion, sudden change, objective
Pallas – strategy, pattern recognition, wisdom
